We offer software and technology for technical education and continued learning. Disciplines supported include business, chemistry, medical, molecular modeling, database Internet forms development, business and finance and industrial technology. Current partners include BioEx, American 3B, Pearson, Hypercube, Kinesis and Primal Pictures.
Our product return policy is that we cannot accept any returns on opened software or other products. Returns/refunds must be made within 30 days of purchase. Unopened software may qualify to be returned at the purchasers shipping cost with a credit or refund for 75% of the purchase price minus shipping. To qualify for this return, you must call us at Toll Free at (866) 609-8913 and request a return product authorization. The credit will be issued after the product is received unopened and in sell-able condition. This determination will be made by Edu Technology management. If an order that is shipped is returned to us for reasons that are not Edu Technology's fault, such as a incorrect address given by the customer, the customer is responsible for the original shipping cost as well as the cost to reship the product. Product returned would still have a 25% restocking fee as noted above.
Online products where we supply usernames and passwords cannot be returned in any case as once the codes are issued we cannot "un-issue" them or "reassign" them.
We try our best to turn around and ship orders in one business day, we accomplish this over 95% of the time, but we cannot guarantee this.
We offer the services from our shipper such as overnight and two day, but those also have some restrictions (Holidays, inventory, natural disaster). When faster shipping is ordered, we work hard to get orders out that same day, but do not guarantee it. Please email or call us if you have a specific date of need for a shipment to verify what is possible.
We can offer 2-3 day delivery, First Class, or Express mail using USPS or UPS.

Proof of Academic Status for Specially Designated "Student" offerings:
If a product indicates it, you may need to provide proof of your academic status to qualify for special student pricing. No order will be shipped until a valid academic ID is received. You can place your order at anytime. We will place your order on "hold" until we receive your valid academic ID. Upon receipt of your academic ID, we will ship out your order.
