Shipping Policies
We try our best to turn around and ship orders in one business day, we
accomplish this over 95% of the time, but we cannot guarantee this. Also
note that we offer the services from our shipper such as overnight and two day,
that timing can be affected by inventory, holidays and other issues. When
faster shipping is ordered, we work hard to get orders out that same day, but do
not guarantee it. For example if you order 2 day shipping and put your
order in on Saturday, a non-work day, we will try and get the package out
Monday, but it may not be able to go out until Tuesday. Then the 2 Day
service would arrive on Thursday. We do not guarantee a delivery date.
Please email or call us if you have a specific date of need for a shipment to
verify what is possible.
U.S. ORDERS:
We can offer:
-UPS Ground
-3
Day Select
-2 Day
-Standard Overnight.
-US Postal Service can be done on special
request, but will have additional service fees as these take more time to do the
paperwork and get to the post office. Also, as US Postal Service does not
have tracking or real insurance, if you choose US Postal service we can take no
responsibility for your shipment once it leaves our offices.
*International Orders -
Minimum of $100 order, Shipping by UPS International Expedited. US Postal
Service is also available but normally takes a number of additional days to
ship.
We ship via UPS Ground service, UPS 2 day air, and UPS
standard overnight.
A tracking number will be issued for
your package and will be e-mailed to you by Airborne upon shipment. The cost of
shipping depends on the amount of your purchase (see rates listed below). The
shipping charge will appear during checkout. EDU-Technology.com makes every
effort to meet the shipping needs of our customers, please let us know how we
can help you!
Notice: If order is drop shipped directly from
manufacturer, there may be a short delay.
INTERNATIONAL
ORDERS:
Minimum order is $100. We
ship via UPS International Expedited Service to many countries throughout the
world. This service which will typically get your order to you in 3 to 10
business days. We have no control over international shipping rates, as they
are calculated by the carrier. Some Postal Service international rates
are more reasonable than others, depending on the country. We will contact you
for purchase approval before sending the package if the shipping cost is
abnormally high.
EDU-Technology.com is not responsible for local duties,
taxes or tariffs. International customers are responsible for any customs,
duties or taxes that the destination country may require.
We provided discounted UPS shipping rates for our international customers.
All orders are shipped via UPS with 3-5 day service to most areas of the world
(assuming no customs delay).
These shipments are fully insured and traceable. Shipping charges are based on
weight.
-US Postal
Service can be done on special request, but will have additional service fees
as these take more time to do the paperwork and get to the post office.
Also, as US Postal Service does not have tracking or real insurance, if you
choose US Postal service we can take no responsibility for your shipment once
it leaves our offices.
For international orders only, our bank is requiring credit card
verification via the following:

on the back of your card for Visa/Mastercard. The American Express verification
number is a 4 digit number on the front your card. (If not available, please
provide your credit card bank phone number instead for verification)

While we only use the best shipping companies such as UPS to send the items you
order and their special service International Expedited for better tracking and
ease of going through customs and duties. Customs costs including product return
chargebacks and tax will be responsibility of the buyer. Should an item be
returned by customs, the carrier charges us a product return fee which the buyer
will also be responsible for. Any customs fees will be additional. As such,
kindly make sure the items can be imported to your country prior to ordering.
